Bodene Childs
Founder & Director
Bodene is the founder and strategy director at Kaizen Marketing. Bo has a passion for creating confident, successful business owners around Australia through Kaizen Marketing’s lead generating and digital marketing strategies.
Bodene has a Bachelor Degree in Business Marketing and is studying Bachelor in Psychological Science to enhance and deepen her consumer buyer behaviour knowledge and strategy development.
With a background in Air Force intelligence, Bo hasn’t lost her military precision and edge, she arrives to meetings seven minutes early, ready to attack the agenda in record time. With over 10 years experience in marketing and 5 in Air Force Intelligence her marketing and business consulting strategy skills are unsurpassable.

Michael Corvalan
Website & Analytics Leader

Michael has been with Kaizen Marketing since 2017 and has worked his way up from an Advertising Technician and Optimisation Specialist, to the Website and Analytics Leader. Michael served for 7 years in the Army managing teams of up to 160+ people. He uses his HR and management experience alongside his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management every day in ensuring efficiency in client strategy implementation and quality assurance standards. Michael has a passion for systems and processes and loves helping clients with any tech, CRM, website, and IT issues. Although he is an all-around marketing superstar, Michael’s strengths are within his incredible website development projects.
Chelsea Porters
Organic Marketing Leader

Chlesea has been with Kaizen Marketing since 2021 and has worked her way up from an administration assistant, to content creator and is now the Organic Marketing Leader (Instagram & SEO). She is currently studying at university and is well on her way to completing her Bachelors degree in Business & Marketing. Chelsea is excited to deepen her knowledge and expand her already impressive skillset in digital marketing and business management. She is consistently bumping up clients rankings with SEO and growing client Instagram accounts with excellent content. Coming from a background working in a legal practice, Chelsea has an incredible attention to detail, especially when it comes to spelling and grammar.
