6. GENERAL POLICIES REGARDING ADVERTISING CONTRACTS & REFUNDS

Kaizen Marketing has a strict no-refund policy where lawfully abiding and strives to provide services to the highest quality. Clients can not cancel a service contract or obtain a refund if the problem was outside the control of Kaizen Marketing, where possible recredit will be given. Payment of an invoice signifies acceptance of this policy.

7. VIRUSES

Kaizen Marketing cannot and does not guarantee or warrant that any files available for downloading through this Website will be free of infection or viruses, worms, Trojan horses or other code that manifests contaminating or destructive properties.
